ToruMeter is a service that allows you to take photos of meters and monitor screens (electricity, gas, water, ammeters, pressure gauges, etc.) with your smartphone (iPhone) or tablet (iPad) camera, and record the meter photos and read values on i-Reporter’s electronic forms (meter reading slips).
