Dentsu Soken Inc. signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Humanica Public Company Limited on July 7, 2026, The agreement aims to establish a business collaboration in the field of Human Capital Management (HCM) across ASEAN.
Through this collaboration, the two companies will jointly provide solutions covering a broad range of HR functions, including employee data management, payroll, time and attendance, and talent management.
The initiative will address the needs of organizations operating across ASEAN, In particular, it will focus on Japanese companies with business operations in the region.
Organizations operating in multiple countries must manage their HR processes in accordance with different local laws, regulations, and business practices. At the same time, they need a systematic approach to manage employee data across multiple locations. This will help them gain a clearer overview of their workforce across the organization.

Combining HCM Expertise and Local Knowledge
The collaboration combines Dentsu Soken’s HCM expertise and experience in the Japanese market with Humanica’s solutions and local knowledge. Humanica also brings an understanding of regulations and business practices across ASEAN.
Together, the two companies will support customers throughout the process, from consultation and system implementation to ongoing operations.
Dentsu Soken will leverage its experience with POSITIVE, an integrated HCM solution adopted by more than 3,000 organizations in Japan. Meanwhile, Humanica will contribute Workplaze and other solutions designed to comply with local laws and regulatory requirements.

Looking ahead, the two companies aim to connect employee data between POSITIVE and Workplaze. POSITIVE is used at corporate headquarters in Japan, while Workplaze supports operations across ASEAN.
